A little about myself and 4 Gear:
I have been rebuilding GM 4 speeds since
1967. I am an Army trained Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic and graduated top of my class in 1959. My business partner Mel Royer
and I owned a Service/Repair Shop (SETCO) Speed Economy Tuning Co in the early 1960's. Opened a Speed Shop (The Checkered
Flag) in the late 60's and early 70's. I have been an avid Drag Racer since 1956, setting three world records and an
AHRA Illinois State Points Championship in the process. 4 Gear Trans Co has been a serious hobby of mine since 1967. I have
repaired or built for sale; Muncies, T10's and Super T10's for customers throughout the States, Hawaii, Canada, Europe, Austrailia,
New Zealand and etc. Injuries over the past year have ruled out Rebuilding so I now ship Parts. Still have a few NOS
(New Old Stock) gears and parts left over from the speed shop days and we have top quality aftermarket parts and gears. We
supply these parts to Trans Shops, Rebuilders and Do-it-Yourself customers. Please review the sections that interest
you, either Muncie, Unique For Sale, T10/Super T10, M22 or our Specials Page. We do Buy-Outs from different sources which
provide us with over-stocks or specialty items. These are listed on the Special Page until the item or stock is gone. We try
to update this page daily, so if you see something your interested in or need, email us right away, we take the requests "first
in, first out". You
won't find a phone number on this site, I am hearing impaired and not always available for conversation. Using
email gives the customer and myself a message that we both can review so that the correct parts for their application
